These terms apply to all users of our applications, including AI-TAPP, Power-Mapp, and any future products offered by App-VenTur.

2. Platform Description

App-VenTur develops purpose-driven applications focused on wellbeing and social impact. Our services include:

  • Power-Mapp: Social impact scoring and profile discovery platform
  • Team building event coordination services
  • Related tools and features as they become available

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: Our applications use artificial intelligence to generate content. Please read this section carefully.

  • AI-generated tapping scripts are for general wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical or psychological advice
  • AI-TAPP is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment
  • Social impact scores generated by Power-Mapp are algorithmic estimates and may not reflect complete or accurate information
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose
  • If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services

By using our AI-powered features, you acknowledge these limitations and agree to use the content responsibly.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our platforms without permission
  • Use our services for commercial purposes without prior written consent

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our applications — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by App-VenTur and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content you create within our apps (such as personal tapping session notes) remains yours. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content to provide the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APP-VENTUR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

We are not liable for damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use our services
  • Reliance on AI-generated content for medical or professional decisions
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any third-party conduct or content on our platforms

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless App-VenTur, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Zurich, Switzerland.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Zurich, Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any matters not subject to arbitration.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.

Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
